More than any other thing, gift cards are the single most popular present to give. Every retail store has them, you can get them in all sorts of different denominations ($5, $10, $25, etc.). They have achieved such popularity solely by being very easy to handle. A lot of times you receive them inside some envelope or greeting card for a birthday or christmas, but I want to challenge that idea.
